How can I become a Bollywood actress, I live in Philadelphia, Pa USA, and have done some modeling?
I have done fashion modeling, I am 5'10 and a size 3/4, but I have not had much luck, so now I figure I would have better luck in the Indian Market, since I am Indian. But I don't know where to even start, I have a portfolio but I dont have any contacts in Bombay, which is where it's at in India. I wish there was somene who knew what steps I need to take in order to pursue the Indian Market at a model or actress.

- Well, If you like try out for auditions and such in bolleywood. It may help, somebody may see a sparkle in you, the same thing happened to me in ice-skating, now i have the chants of being in the next winter olympics, when i'll be 16!

- My friend's just gone to india after so much research and trying to get into bollywood, ringing up so many directors and producers and agents. After hanging around with her I can tell you one thing...It's not easy....and I can tell you another thing....if your the right personality for it.....then it's NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Just keep your target fixed on your ....... "lakshya"......the word is "lakshya". :D Enjoy.
- I can only suggest going to auditions for Bollywood dancers and extras. I'd like to know the answer to that one myself!
